I’m really pleased with Jet Gift Baskets. My sister, who got it, was super surprised! What I appreciated most, besides the actual gift, was how early it showed up. It came two days ahead of when they said it would. Plus, they keep you in the loop with delivery updates. :)

I got this basket for my great niece, who's just 6 and had a pretty rough time with a foot injury that needed surgery and a hospital visit. She said she really loved it, and that’s all that matters to me. Big thanks for the speedy response and delivery!

"Outstanding Experience from Beginning to End"
Placing my order was a breeze; the tough part was deciding what to get. They offer a huge selection of items. It showed up right on time and in excellent condition! There were plenty of treats like meats, cheeses, nuts, crackers, and sweets. Everything tasted amazing! I’d totally send a basket or crate to someone special to pamper them just like I was pampered.

"Paid extra for 2-day shipping and got let down..."
I shelled out extra cash for 2-day delivery, but it showed up 10 days late. The response of 'it's the shipping company's fault, not ours' is just terrible. Well, how about this... you didn't keep your word, and I won't be returning. Maybe that’ll be your new issue to deal with.
